Thank you for your work, Abir. I am unable to access the link that you posted above. On the other hand, all the petitions that I have seen opposing to the WHO IHR ammendments seem to be "UK- specific". I don't know how someone who is not from the UK can engage in an effort to oppose this. I cannot understand how government representarives from any country would agree with these measures. It is a total madness.
