The WHO is an unelected unaccountable body funded by member states and private donors. It is incumbent upon us to understand the ramifications of their proposed amendments to the IHR and the new Pandemic Treaty, in order to make better informed decisions.

If the recommendations are no longer non-binding, they will be obligatory.

Proposed abrogation of fundamental human rights from the Universal Declaration on Human Rights

Sate-relevant information will be shared by the WHO with other states without their consent

States will have NO say in declaring a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. The WHO Director will solely hold this power.

States will be required to COMPLY with WHO recommendations.

The WHO will decide what is truth and what is misinformation and will be able to require states to censor any critical scientific opinion not inline with its recommendations.
