Who am I?
I am a health and wellbeing coach and a certified NLP and Time Line Therapy Practitioner. I have a masters in Public Health (Health Promotion), a BA in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Brain, Mind and Teaching.
My mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of people in my community and around the world.
I work one-on-one or with groups, face-to-face or online.
I can help you:
reverse chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease
quit smoking
adopt a healthy lifestyle (good nutrition, exercise and mindfulness)
manage any food intolerance
release negative emotions and limiting beliefs with NLP so you can achieve your goals and dreams

What do I write about?
I believe the global burden of disease can be reduced drastically if individuals take their health and wellbeing into their hands.
