My Communication with the Int. Criminal Court- June 6th, 2020
Investigate the WHO for crimes against humanity
Time to revive my communication with the International Criminal Court from June 6th, 2020. Given that none of WHO’s Covid-19 recommendations were inline with public health principles (see the WHO Review), I requested from the ICC to investigate the WHO for crimes against humanity and conflict of interest (as most of its funding comes from private donors affiliated with Big Pharma)

Dear Madam / Sir,
Thank you for your message. Please note that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has a very limited jurisdiction. The Court may only address the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression, as defined by Articles 6 to 8 bis of the Rome Statute that have occurred after 2002, and can only exercise jurisdiction in the countries that have ratified it.
For more information on the Court’s jurisdiction and the full text of the Rome Statute, please refer to page 2 of the attached document and our website as well as our address, www.icc-cpi.int. We encourage you to carefully review this information.
If, after your careful review, you still believe the ICC is the correct place for your case and would like to submit a claim to the Court, then please follow the directions for how to do so on page 1 of the attached document. If you decide to submit information, kindly use only this email address: otp.informationdesk@icc-cpi.int
Kind regards,

To the International Criminal Court in The Hague,
Thank you for your email.
I am requesting an investigation into The World Health Organization (WHO)'s response to the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Temporal Jurisdiction: Date of crime is March 2020
Territorial Jurisdiction: WHO's head office is in Switzerland, which has ratified the Rome Statute Treaty.
Subject Jurisdiction: Article 6 (b) Genocide by causing serious bodily or mental harm
The gravity of the issue is undebatable. WHO's response has affected the lives of billions of people.
Millions of people have lost their jobs, businesses, and livelihood
During lockdowns, people have died from not receiving life-saving treatment or not being tested in a timely manner for life-threatening conditions
After lockdowns, healthcare systems will be very stressed from the sudden influx of patients who have had to postpone their health concerns. Lives might be lost as a result of long waiting times and possibly overburdened healthcare systems.
In the developing world, people will die from extreme poverty, famine, and weakened healthcare systems
Mental illness is skyrocketing: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, phobia
People have committed suicide due to social isolation
Children have been deprived of their right to education. Some countries remain closed as of June 2020. Children who went back to school are being traumatized by all the new measures taken by schools to comply with social distancing rules. Childhood mental health problems will devastate the young generation.
I urge you to investigate whether WHO's response was justified.
I urge you to examine the issue of conflict of interest.
People's lives and well-being are at stake.
I look forward to hearing back from you following your analysis of my request.
Regards,
Abir Ballan

Dear Madam/Sir,
I write to you to follow up on my letter requesting an investigation into WHO's conflict of interest, sent to you on June 6th, 2020.
Since the announcement of a pandemic, WHO has made recommendations and claims to the world that are not based in scientific evidence:
Exaggerating the lethality of COVID 19 to the public driving mass panic.
Claiming that COVID 19, a respiratory virus that is similar to the flu, can be contained, while maintaining that the flu cannot be contained.
Promoting mass testing and contact tracing at a point when the spread was already very large and such a strategy would not make a difference.
Supporting a controversial test -the PCR test- which can detect non-infectious debris of the virus counting the case wrongly as a positive case.
Supporting lockdowns and quarantining of the general population- both strategies are not supported by scientific evidence
Recommending cloth masks to the general population - there is no conclusive evidence on the effectiveness of medical mask-wearing in the general population, let alone cloth mask-wearing.
This unscientific advice is leading to drastic ill-informed decisions being taken by politicians in different countries to support their own agendas without concern for the wellbeing of people. As a result, people are suffering around the world until this date.
The world must return to scientific evidence and sanity. The only way to do that is to stop the poor advice that WHO is giving the world.
I urge you to investigate the possibility of a conflict of interest undermining the judgement and recommendations of WHO.
Kindly, revert back to me with your decision.
Regards,
Abir Ballan
ICC REPLY, on September 14th, 2020, with their decision:
"Based on the information currently available, the conduct described in your communication does not appear to fall within these stringent definitions [of crimes against humanity]."
"The decision not to proceed may be reconsidered if new facts or evidence provide a reasonable basis to believe that a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court has been committed."
— END OF COMMUNICATION—-
The WHO is currently negotiating two legally-binding instruments:
International Treaty CA+ (treaty)
These instruments will increase WHO’s power over local public health decisions and enable the repetition of this devastating & unprecedented pandemic management approach.
So many lives and livelihoods have been sacrificed as a result of the WHO Covid-19 recommendations.
The WHO must be stopped.

I'm relieved, grateful and encouraged that something so vital is being addressed at this level. Thanks to Abir Ballan and PANDA.
I have collected a string of CNN, BBC, NYTIMES articles PROVING incitement, communism and terrorism. I have collected enough evidence to have all prosecuted, including the WHO.
