A great idea, Clinician - but there is an impediment to overcome. For some years before the Covid project took off, I pondered the billboard option as a means of getting a difficult message across on another political topic that would arouse substantial blowback from vested interests. The impediment is that in order to mount a billboard campaign you would need to have complete editorial control on what goes on the billboard, and that means you would need to own the billboards, which these days are owned by advertising corporates.
So the first hurdle would be to find a willing partner amongst the billboard operators - and that would prove to be very difficult - but maybe not insurmountable. A cooperative billboard operator would expect to find itself subjected to intense political and perhaps legal pressure to shut down any billboard campaign to expose the malfeasance that has occurred. In my country, Australia, that is exactly what would take place as political and media control of the “mRNA spikes are good for you” narrative is almost total and we have no ‘free-speech’ constitutional protections.
The only way forward would be to find some billionaire sponsor who was prepared to take up the fight - it could not be done by crowd-funding. I am aware that Steve Kirsch was recently able to get two billboards up near the CDC premises in Atlanta, however the U.S. has a very different attitude to free speech to the country in which I live, which started its existence in the 18th century as a British convict colony. Nevertheless, I would hope that a well-funded sponsor could be found as the billboard concept would be a very powerful and effective tool.
Canadian feminists have gone through this exact predicament. We tried putting up billboards to talk of sex, and the billboard company caved to the demands of activists. Feminists have been banned from EventBright, from funding platforms, and Canada's trucker leaders have even been divested of their bank accounts and jailed. We small groups can not outspend them, we must outwit them, and that means disrupting their language.

I was "permanently suspended" from Twitter 2/19/21, which was two days before I published the most comprehensive warnings up to that time, with citations to peer-reviewed medical studies, regarding the hazards of the covid vaccines. That is here:
I suspect I am one of a small group of non-scientists, who in 2020 decided to rely on innate immunity boosted by healthy eating and a well thought out nutraceutical blend (ETPs and other common sense ideas being suggested by Frontline Doctors), would be far less risky than subscribing to seemingly crazy mandates (with very little trustable science), and the subsequent Jabs churned out at the speed of science, by invested organisations!
After listening to dozens (perhaps even 100’s), of incredibly brave, highly qualified, senior and independent scientists I concluded it would be a miracle if this experi-mental jab could improve significantly (if at all), on innate natural immunity, especially in low risk individuals. After all, healthy humans evolved over millennia with an incredible immune system to protect us from millions of viruses and bacteria. The early data showed this was a low risk virus for the healthy in almost every age group. The cruise ships also showed the same! I even considered the ongoing failure/shortcomings of the Flu jab, which after decades is still only 15% - 30% effective and given the exaggerations of the last 2 years I suspect that data might also be highly questionable! Besides, I've never taken a Flu Jab and have only caught Flu once, maybe twice in 50 years!
Nevertheless in Dec 2020 I was almost taken in by MSM claims, most (if not all of which) are now proven (beyond reasonable doubt), to have been (at best), exaggerated! Within 4 to 6 weeks after the roll out started, I was seeing early evidence emerging that the jab could be a dangerous, even fatal intervention! Again using science, data and common sense I balanced the low risk documented from virus in healthy people, and decided to stay well away from jabs. I backed my personal health decision with the safe and sensible ETPs being rolled out globally by leading, frontline line and highly qualified health care professionals. Subsequently with NON-GMO nutraceuticals extracted from quality food sources and despite being an extremely sociable person I have remained safe and healthy throughout.
Of course most people now realise the jabs were neither safe nor effective and are naturally refusing the 3rd or 4th boosters. They have effectively become anti ‘this’ jab!
Lessons Learnt Or Not:
IMO it should be a crime to try and censor independent science and debate. Of course if people want to ignore certain sources of information that’s fine, their choice. But organisations seeking to exclude or damage the reputations of highly qualified senior scientists and healthcare professionals then IMO they should be criminally charged.
And if people want to take a health intervention (cough syrup, headache tablet, etc), that is their decision. However profit making interventions that are not proven to be safe or effective should not be paid for by taxpayers. Surely that money is better spent on improving our healthcare system and teaching people how to strengthen their immune systems! Of course this would not be profitable for drug companies, but it would be much better for people genuinely in need of serious healthcare interventions!
Anyway if after reading this people are still not prepared to engage, listen, learn and debate independent scientists, then let’s close with some inspiring music!
