CATCH UP ON PART I
WHAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSES OF YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS?
EXERCISE # 2: THE LEFKOE METHOD
The FREE videos based on the Lefkoe method are designed to show you how your mind creates your beliefs and how you can eliminate them by thinking of alternative interpretations of events in your childhood.
All three videos follow the same procedure. You can do any one of them. You could also substitute the limiting belief in the video (for example: "I'm not good enough") with any other limiting belief you may have. The video will prompt you to reflect on your childhood experiences and write down events that led you to believe this limiting belief then come up with alternative explanations for each event.
Other possible limiting beliefs include:
I'm not worthy of love
I'm incompetent
I'm powerless
I’m a failure
I’m socially inadequate
…
Practice understanding the root causes of your limiting beliefs this week. They may have served you well when you were a child, but you no longer need them as an adult. Next week, I will suggest practical ways to silence the naysayer voices in your brain and turn negative situations into gifts.

Wow - just WOW! This set of substacks is brilliantly done. THANK YOU!! Schools should be doing this with teenagers.
Through digging on twitter I found you concerned with them giving the jab to pregnant woman. Don’t want to tweet this from my personal account. There is a new study from UCSF that claims it’s safe to give to pregnant women. Naturally there was a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to UCSF to study this. My science brain isn’t the best - hoping you might be able to read the study and present a critique of it (or even a surprise that it’s on the up and up!) Thanks and take care
